Bay Breeze Resort Policies


Deposit Policy

A deposit of 50% is required at time of booking. Payment in full is required for one-night stays and is non-refundable. Deposits are credited to the last night of your stay. You are financially responsible for the entire period of your reservation, which includes “no shows.” Reservations will be held until 8:00am the day following your scheduled day of arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund of your deposit will be made only if notice is received 21 days prior to reservation. With less notice, deposit will only be refunded if unit is re-rented for the same dates. There is a $25.00 service charge on all cancellations.

Please note a reservation is not guaranteed until a deposit has been placed to secure the booking. To avoid any misunderstandings, you will be charged for the number of nights reserved – even if you leave a day or two early. Please check your email confirmation, arrival and departure dates.

A confirmed reservation is a two-way commitment. We commit to holding that particular unit for your desired dates, therefore not selling it to someone else. And you commit to staying in that unit for the dates we’ve held it for you.

We want our guests to have a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We ask you double-check all dates and policies to avoid any conflicts. If there is anything we can do for you, please let us know.

Lost & Found

Lost and found items are held for 30 days and then donated to a local charity. Please call us if you’d like your item(s) returned. We ask you pay shipping costs.

Fun Policy

You must unwind, indulge and relax while at Bay Breeze Resort!

Details:

  • Bay Breeze Resort log home rental available
  • No smoking in rooms, on balconies, patios or stairwells
  • Free in-room Wi-Fi
  • No pets allowed on the property (except service animals)
  • 5% discount applied to stays of seven nights or longer
  • Room rates based on double occupancy (two people)
  • Additional persons – $10 per night, per person
  • Children two and younger, no charge; Quiet season – children 11 and younger, no charge
  • MasterCard, Visa, Discover, personal check and cash accepted
  • Rates based on availability and subject to change
  • Prices subject to applicable tax
  • Three night minimum stay for some holidays, festivals, events and weekends
  • One night stays require upfront payment in full and are non refundable
  • Check-in-time is 3:00pm or after
  • Check-out-time is 10:30am or before
  • Gift certificates available

Deposit Policy

A deposit of 50% is required at time of booking.  Your remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.  Deposits are credited to the last night of your stay. You are financially responsible for the entire period of your reservation, which includes “no shows.” Reservations will be held until 8:00am the day following your scheduled arrival date.

Cancellation Policy

A refund of your deposit will be made only if notice is received 8 weeks prior to reservation during off-season and 16 weeks prior to reservation during summer, fall & holidays. With less notice, your deposit will only be refunded if the house is re-rented for the same dates. There is a $150.00 service charge on all cancellations.

  • Cleaning fee for weekly rental, $75
