Unwind, Indulge and Relax at Our Waterfront Resort in Door County!
Winter has flown by and Bay Breeze Resort’s 20th Anniversary Season starts the end of this month! Our waterfront resort in Door County welcomes you April 23-October 31.
We have lots of new projects underway, including our most exciting addition in 2015: an electric vehicle charging station! We are already a proud Travel Green Wisconsin Silver Leader. The addition of an electric vehicle charging station compliments the green initiatives we’ve already implemented, such as solar panels for water heating, energy efficient LED light bulbs and a controlled irrigation system. The charging station will be open for use and free of charge to any of our guests this season. We are excited to be the first waterfront resort in Door County to offer this cutting edge convenience to our customers!
Please check our website for more on Bay Breeze Resort. We recently added a spring special: stay two nights and get a third night free! We look forward to hosting you in beautiful Door County.

Travel Green Certified + Electric Vehicle Charging Station
Our Visitors are taking note and green practices are informing their decisions on where to stay when they travel. The Bay Breeze Resort recognizes the power of eco tourism! We are a proud Travel Green Wisconsin certified Silver Leader. We’ve currently achieved 71 points out of the required 30 and have committed to installing an Electric Vehicle Charging Station by spring 2015. The Door County Visitor Bureau recently held their Electric Vehicle Charging Station Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and hopes to expand the network in Door County. They are the first destination marketing organization to take on an initiative like this and the ceremony featured special guest, Wisconsin Secretary of Tourism, Stephanie Klett to help launch the charging station network in Door County. We believe a charging station compliments the green initiatives we’ve already put into place at Bay Breeze Resort, such as solar panels for water heating, energy efficient LED light bulbs, linen reuse program, low-flow fixtures on whirlpools and toilets, a controlled irrigation system and marketing materials printed using soy inks on recycled content. Ephraim’s 50th Annual Fyr Bal Festival – Saturday, June 21, 2014
Ephraim’s pillar festival, “Fyr Bal” turns 50 this year! Norwegian for “bonfire” Fyr Bal Festival recreates traditions of Ephraim’s early Norwegian settlers celebrating Midsummer’s Eve. Join us Saturday, June 21 for artisans, food, musical entertainment and family activities along the picturesque shoreline of Eagle Harbor. A signature Fyr Bal event, evening bonfires represent the burning of the ‘Winter Witch’ and welcome summer. Fireworks complete the day. A warm Scandinavian welcome awaits you in Ephraim any time of the year, but especially so during Fyr Bal Festival. (Insert bonfire photo with this paragraph.)

We renovated six additional rooms (painting, carpeting, tile and bedding!), freshly updating and redecorating the last of our 29 rooms. It’s a great time to stay at the Bay Breeze Resort!
